Technically 40 weeks is October 10th, however the midwife has chosen October 12th, and that is the date the countdown refers to.

I choose Columbus Day, the REAL one. I don’t know why, because that is the birthday of my FIRST ex-husband, and I have no great fondness for him, however, I have always thought Columbus Day was a radical day, and your radical baby will probably be born on a radical day. There. Oh, for those of you who may not know, that is October 12th.

I say the 13th! If your baby comes on the 16th he will have to share with Wendy so you should avoid that day, she’s not very good at sharing!
Oct 7th at 2pm
I am feeling vibes and my vibe-seismometer is rarely wrong, unless it rains or I’ve had too much sugar. Then it can get out to whack. So, I am sensing October 7th, 11th, 13th, and Nov 2nd. Somewhere around these dates, because it is overcast and it could rain. I hope I am close, because losing makes me crabby.
