Dear Self,

Don’t do lunges. You will be sorry and not able to walk for at least two days. Don’t be an idiot, just don’t do them ever again.

    I did buns of steel once. I kept getting charlie horses in my thighs and my butt hurt for a week. No one would rub it and it sucked.

    Lunges are great, just not as great when pregnant. I once did too many calf raises when pregnant and I literally couldn’t walk for three days. I used one of those motorized carts in the grocery store and everything. It was pathetic. :)
