This month I must have not taken very many pictures, but we did manage to do a lot and have a lot of fun. Harmon now says “mom” but mostly only when he wants some food. “Mom” seems to come at milk time, and “Mamama” seems to come when eating table foods, probably being “mas” (more) that we say to him. He is enjoying all sorts of new foods, including whatever he can get his hands on off our plates. Watermelon seems to be a newer favorite.
We have been meaning to take him swimming pretty much since he was born, as we both love it so much, but just haven’t made it to the nasty pool at the health club yet. Saturday it was so nice and warm we went over to grandma’s house and tried out swimming in her pool. He was slightly nervous at first, but within minutes was in LOVE. He wanted to be on his belly, kicking and splashing with his arms full-time. He didn’t even seem to hate every little bit when he would dunk his face in the water. We are happy he seems to love swimming just as much as us. Anyway, I’m sure there is lots more, but I have forgotten it all now. Maybe Aaron will update it later. Here are some photos, and a video of swimming. Note at the end of the video how all he wants to do is get back to swimming while his parents are concerned with his water intake.
