Look What I Made.

Sometimes I have zero energy and sleep half the day. Other times I manage to be productive all day. And when I say productive I either mean I sort papers & do laundry, or I use the sewing machine to make interesting projects. Here is what I have been up to lately:

A diaper cake for my sister-in-law’s shower in May. I won’t be there, but made this while I was in Montana. I’m pretty sure she doesn’t read my blog, so this is probably safe.

I made this little pillow with bunnies from here. I made it with intention to send to the aforementioned sister-in-law, but am having a hard time parting with it. But it was pretty easy so I think I could always make myself another…

Hahah. These are my celery and carrot sticks, although the green one is actually called my peapod. It looked more like a peapod before it got it’s pillowcase. I have seen big massive body pillows, but they are always too wide. Hence the skinnier version. Also, I could not think of a good way to take a picture of these beauties, but wanted to show how big they are. Also, I love my peapod, and Aaron loves his carrot. By far my most useful thing I have ever made.

I am seriously SO impressed. You need to teach me how to do the diaper cake I have always wanted to know. Don’t give the bunnies- I won’t tell.

I got a diaper cake at one of my baby showers… best gift ever! It was hard for me to take it apart and use all the diapers because it was so cute. Who comes up with these things!?! And Kelsey, I really never knew you were so crafty. You’re like the new Martha Stewart… :) I’m impressed!

You’re way more productive with your days than I am. I was totally hoping that the cake was for yourself.
