Their online site is NOT helpful at all. I hate that you HAVE to have a Comcast email and that is hte only one you can use as a log in; that you can't have statements emailed to your normal email; and that they always prompt you to go Green. Well I'll go Green when you let me send my statements to my personal email!!! I don't' want a Comcast email!!! I have been for awhile now thinking of looking for another provider…as long as they have DVR of course…I can't get rid of that now!
