		<description><![CDATA[You can do this Kelsey!  I&#039;ve been doing the pound plunge at the YMCA here.  I&#039;ve lost 10 lbs. since I saw you last. It&#039;s definately more in the diet than in the exercise.  Pilates is great for making the abs tighter which helps quench the appetite.  It has other great side effects too. ;)  I use sparkpeople.com to track my food.  I can customize it to track nutrients too to see if I&#039;m getting all my vitamins.  It can track your exercise and any other goals that you want to put into it too.  I know there&#039;s several sites out there that do this.  I like the recipe calculator feature on it too because I can plug in something I make at home and it tells me the calories.  There&#039;s some great recipes there too.  I spent an entire day browsing the Asian recipe section once and saving recipes I wanted to try.  Good luck!!!  You can do it!!!  If you want some recipe ideas let me know, and if you come across some good ones let me know.  I&#039;m kind of at the point where I&#039;m getting in a rut and wanting to give up.   All the work I&#039;ve been doing for only 10 pounds and nobody can even tell I&#039;ve lost weight yet is discouraging.  More sleep would definately help because the body tends to fight weight loss if it has insufficient sleep.  That is my next Mt. Everest - to go to bed before midnight/1am/2am, etc.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I am eating only vegetables in hopes that I will be able to wear something other than my postpartum fat suit by June.  The fat suit (a black track suit courtesy of Walmart) will be too hot for June and it is the only thing that currently fits on my large self.

Good luck.  I bet it&#039;s not as hard as you think once you get your head in the game.  And I support the ceasing of treat deliveries.  Why do people think women who gained seventy pounds during the previous nine months would be well served by pizza and cookies?  Bring me kale or bring me death!
