I didn’t try to have Sarah sit on Santa’s lap, but she’s been in heaven all this season. She thinks she’s seeing Grandpa everywhere! Everyman she sees with a scruffy beard and every Santa is Grandpa! Now I wonder what would have happened if I had tried to make her sit on Santa’s lap. Rachel picked up somewhere that you are supposed to go see Santa and kept asking when were we going to go talk to Santa, when was it going to be her turn, etc. We never went though…I don’t do lines like that anymore. I don’t know how she would have actually responded though. She can be very outgoing, but she can spook easily too.
